When José decided to return to Spain in 1985 because he and his wife wanted their children to grow up there, they were sure they wanted to be in the most wonderful place they knew: the Costa Blanca. With 2,800 hours of sun per year, a gentle sea bathing more than 200 kilometers of beaches, coves, cliffs, and golf courses, as well as marinas, these are some of the most outstanding features of this region. And so ModernHouseSpain was born. We are proud to have helped over 5,000 families design their new home during these over 30 years building houses on the Costa Blanca.
