Property World Mediterráneo was founded in 2012 with the aim of consolidating a diverse real estate portfolio to meet the needs of any client. Previously, the company was part of the SB Business Group, including the developer PROSALVE S.L and the construction company S.B PROMOCIONES Y CONSTRUCCIONS S.L, among others.

It has been engaged in the construction and promotion of residential homes for over 35 years, with more than 2000 homes built during its history. The company is located on the coast of Alicante.
