You should not get your hopes up for good quality from this developer. The building is very light-hearted, there is no soundproofing. You can still hear the tenants living two floors up. The water and sewage installations make a lot of noise. Floor drains are not professionally installed as the lowest point, so that rainwater cannot run off the terrace. The warranty periods are kept short by contract, e.g. painting work only one year. It can happen that half a square metre of plaster falls off the wall after two years. Even that is then only classified as painting work and is of course outside the warranty. You shouldn't accept that this is the way it is in Spain, because you have to pay for the flat in euros, and euros are just as expensive in Spain as in the rest of the EU.
